2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking and intake registration process.

Age Requirements: Our services are intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to book a call or participate in coaching programs.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel coaching sessions, or terminate client relationships for individuals who exhibit disrespectful behavior, violate our coaching agreements, or disrupt group coaching environments.

3. PAYMENTS AND FEES

Fees: All fees for personal coaching, breakthrough sessions, group circles, or programs must be paid in accordance with your selected service tier.

Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Details regarding specific cancellation windows and refund terms for coaching packages will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement. Generally, paid breakthrough sessions or digital programs are non-refundable once materials or coaching sessions have commenced.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

Clients participating in 1:1 or Group Coaching Circles are expected to maintain a high standard of respect, confidentiality, and honesty. Anointed Lovelace Ministries reserves the right to remove any individual from a session, circle, or program without a refund for verbal abuse, disruptive behavior, or breaching the privacy of other program members.

5. LIFE COACHING DISCLAIMER

You acknowledge that life coaching, spiritual guidance, and mindset resets are tools for personal development and are not substitutes for professional mental health counseling, therapy, psychiatric care, or legal/financial advice. By participating, you voluntarily assume all responsibility for your own choices, actions, and results.

6. MOBILE MESSAGING (SMS) PROGRAM

Anointed Lovelace Ministries provides personal, spiritual, and digital life coaching services. We send SMS updates to clients regarding coaching session reminders, scheduling updates, program alerts, and occasional promotional materials or new program launches.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 314-703-2011. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
